심심할때나 먹을것이 궁할때나 심심풀이 땅콩 처럼 먹게 되는 누릉지. 현미와 잡곡을 즐겨서 일부러 샀어요.
그냥 씹어 먹어도 좋고 부셔서 뜨거운 물 붇고 우려 먹어도 좋아요. 비상식량 득템이에요.
