From winter mudflats of December to March, only the softest parts of Ecklonia are hand-picked and washed with clear water to remove all the salt and mud. Afterward, the clean Ecklonia is evenly spread into molds using a water scrubbing method and dried well in the sunlight and sea breeze.

감태 파스타로 해먹었는데 맛있어요!
유통기한 두달 반 남은거라 그런가 세일했나 봐요.
이제 폐기 때가 되서 그런가 기름 쩐내 나고, 구워도 푸른색이 있는데 이건 완전 노란색이에요. 애초에 태웠는지 탄맛도 나고…. 이렇게 짬처리 당합니다.
감태 향이 좋아서 자주 먹었는데~ 미국 와서 못 먹어 아쉬웠는데 오랜만에 들어온 울타리몰에서 발견!! 당장 사야해!! 구운 감태라서 김 처럼 아이들도 쉽게 먹을 수 있어서 더 좋아요!!
다른 분들은 어떠실지 모르겠지만.. 양이 눈물나는 양이네요ㅠ 금액을 생각하면 적정한 양인가 싶기도 하지만 일단 맛도 향도 좋아서 만족합니다
