돈주고 음식 쓰레기를 산 느낌,정말 화가납니다,3분에1은 상했고 더덕인지 도라지인지 모르나요?미국에 산다고해도 요즘에 그것도 구분 못하는 사람 드물텐데 양을 늘리려고 한건지 썩었네요,음식갔구 장난좀 그만치지,세일이 아니라 공짜로 준다해도 누가먹나요.나물도 그렇고 양심없는 상품입니다.

더덕구이 해먹었는데요. 아무래도 냉동이라 해동시 수분이 엄청 나옵니다. 저는 둘이 반찬으로 먹을거라 한끼분만 조리했어요. 전날에 반만 냉장실에 키친타올둘러서 해동해놨고 꺼내서 두드려 펴면서 물기를 좀 많이 제거해야했어요. 그후에 양념장 바르고 태우지않게 조심하면서 중불에 충분히 수분날리면서 구웠더니 먹을만했어요. 근데 더덕이 좀 얇아요 ㅋㅋ 두툼하면 좋겠는데 새끼손가락보다 얇은넘들이 많아용. 한국산이라 그래도 그러려니 합니다. 남편이 더덕구이 좋아해서 사봤는데 다른데는 안파니 그래도 생각나면 사야할거같아요..

레시피 대로 양념해서 오븐에 구웠어요 워낙 더덕을 좋아하는 남편에게 맞춘 상차림이네요 나물밥을 해서 그 옆에 올린 더덕구이, 꽤 그럴듯 했어요 냉동제품이라 그런지 생각보다 향이 진하진 않았어도 어쨌든 더덕은 더덕!! ㅎㅎ

비닐이 약해서 그런지 박스안에 더덕이 다 널려있었네요
받았을때 살얼음이라 약간 물이 많이 질겅거리고
향은 한국산보다 약하고
자를때 진액이 거의 안나오고
양념전 식감은 도라지정도 생더덕이라 기대감이 있어서인지
기대반 양념했는데 냉장고에 넣고 먹으니 식감은 살아 있네요
마늘 고추장 식초 고추가루 파 설탕 약간 상콤하게 먹으니 엄마더덕느낌이 60프로 ㅎ그래두 미국에서 더덕이 어디냐며 담엔 완전포장 부탁드려요 그래서 별4개요

오랜만에 먹어서 맛있게 먹긴했는데 얼었던 거라 그런지 물을 많이 먹고 있는 것 같았어요. 여기 있는 레시피대로 해봤는데 원하는 양념맛은 아니네요.
