Made with only top-grade napa cabbage from Haenam, known for producing some of Korea’s most flavorful cabbage, and carefully salt it with sun-dried sea salt from Sinan. Finished with ginger from Wanju, it delivers a refreshingly crisp, clean bite that stays vibrant from the first taste to the last.

Deep Umami from Shiitake Broth

The distinctive flavor begins with its signature seasoning. Fermented seafood from Gwangcheon adds rich umami, layered with vibrant red pepper flakes and a shiitake mushroom broth base for a deeper, more savory flavor as it matures.
