Before using your product, please read the following safety and usage information carefully.

⚡ Voltage & Compatibility

This product is designed for 110V U.S. outlets, which differ from the 220V Korean standard.
While ILWOL heating controllers are equipped with multiple safety and smart features to prevent overheating or electrical issues, voltage differences between regions (typically 100V–124V across the U.S.) can affect performance.

For this reason, ILWOL has designed the controller to work safely and efficiently in most U.S. households.
Please familiarize yourself with the operation instructions below before use.

🔥 Temperature Control

After plugging in the mat, you can adjust the temperature in five levels (1–5).
Level 5 is intended for areas with low voltage (around 100V) and may not be suitable for regions with higher voltage.
If your area has standard voltage (110–120V), we recommend using up to Level 4 to prevent excessive heat.

If Level 5 is used continuously in a normal-voltage area, the controller’s auto power-off function may activate for safety.

⚠️ Safety Notice

Continuous use at the highest level may cause the mat to overheat or damage internal components.
For daily use, Level 2–3 is ideal for maintaining warmth, and Level 4 is recommended during colder weather.

The controller is designed with energy-saving circuitry and multiple safety layers.
During use, the surface of the controller may feel slightly warm — this is normal and safe.

💡 Important Tips

• Always check that the plug is securely inserted before use.

• Do not cover the controller or heating mat with heavy materials while in use.

• Turn off the power when not in use.

• Avoid using extension cords or multi-outlet adaptors.
