오마니 갈치속젓
보쌈 삶아서 쌈장대신 갈치속젓 찍어먹으니 찰떡궁합이에요. 밥 비벼먹어도 너무 맛있습니다. 냉동에 보관해 놓고 조금씩 덜어서 바로바로 먹을수 있어서 좋아요.
갈치속젓없인 이제 쌈장이 의미가 없다능.. 받자마자 한수저 듬뿍 퍼서 쌈장과 함께 마늘, 통들깨, 들기름 뿌려 냉장고로...나머진 냉동실에 보관합니다.
연세가 드신분들이라 직접 사진을 찍거나 평을 하지는 못하지만
