어떤 요리에 넣어도 다 맛있어져서 떨어지면 또 사게 되네요. 100% 까지는 아니지만 거의 국산 재료로 만들어 져서 좋습니다. 포장이 예뻐서 선물용으로도 너무 좋은 것 같아요.

상품평이 워낙 좋아서 국간장 대용으로 구입해 보았습니다. 미역국이랑 김칫국에 넣어서 맛보았는데 왜 감칠맛에 대한 평들이 많은지 알겠더라구요. 깔끔하면서도 감칠맛이 좋아 음식의 맛을 업그레이드 시켜주네요. 국 말고도 다양한 요리에 간장이나 액젓 대신 무척 잘 어울릴 것 같아요. 만족합니다.

이브랜드의 백간장 맛을 보고는 너무 반한 나머지, 백간장이 품절이라 이번에 이 어간장으로 구매해 봤어요.
백간장이 약간 양조간장의 엷은맛과 감칠맛이 강하다면, 이 어간장은 국간장의 조금 짙은맛과 감칠맛입니다.
개인적으로는 백간장보다 간이 좀 세고, 간장맛도 더 있어요.
자체맛으로는 손색이 없이 좋지만, 백간장 맛을 알아버리고는 이것은 95점 정도주고 싶네요. 어떤 요리에도 다 손색이 없을듯 하네요.
