Hong Jin-kyung's The Kimchi is made with 100% domestically grown ingredients, without any artificial seasonings, sugar, or high-fructose corn syrup. The seasoning is prepared using natural broth, along with pureed radish and onion juice, for a refreshing and authentic flavor.

**During the summer season (June to October), we use "chorong" radish, which has a crisp, strong spicy flavor but becomes more refreshing after aging. For the rest of the year, we use "altari" radish, which is smaller, rounder, and has a milder flavor.**
