냉동보관 후 미리 해동해서 먹으면 됩니다. 부추향이 생각했던 것보다 향긋하고 풍미도 좋네요. 양이 많지는 않지만 야채 좀 넣고 밥에 비벼먹어도 맛있고 소면이랑 같이 국수로 먹어도 맛있는 만능 비빔장이네요. 꼬막이 통통하고 신선해서 비린맛도 없었어요. 식욕이 살아나는 맛이예요. 만족합니다.

부추가 이미 섞여있어서 숨이 많이 죽은터라, 새로 산 부추 같이 썰어서 먹었더니 한국 연안식당에수 먹었던 맛 그대로에요! 한 통은 사이즈가 그렇게 크지 않아서 꼬막비빔밥 먹으려면 성인 기준 한 통은 그냥 다 먹을 것 같아요...😂

엄지네 꼬막이랑은 약간 맛이 좀 다른데, 이거는 그냥 뜯자마자 바로 먹을 수 있다는 장점이 있네요. 이거는 이거대로 맛이 괜찮고, 부추 향이 진짜 많이 납니다.
