Return & Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility Period
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of your order being delivered.
2. Required Information for Return/Exchange Request
To process a return or exchange request, the following information must be provided:

Email address used for the order

Photos clearly showing the product condition

A photo clearly showing the expiration date
Please note: Your return or exchange request will be processed once all required information above has been verified.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases

Requests made after 7 days from delivery

Items that are missing components or have been damaged through customer use

Items with damaged original packaging or removed tags (items not in a resalable condition).

Refrigerated or frozen products without any product defects

Requests submitted through review boards or non-designated channels may not be processed.

Actual product appearance may vary slightly from online images. These differences are not considered defects.

If an item arrives damaged or partially thawed, photos must be taken immediately upon delivery and submitted with your request. Failure to provide photos may result in denial of the claim.
Package Theft Policy
If a package is stolen after a confirmed delivery, we provide a one-time courtesy of up to $80 in store credit for the first incident.
Please note that this is a one-time resolution and the customer is responsible for ensuring a secure delivery location for any subsequent incidents at the same address or account. Wooltari will not issue further credit for recurring theft
