집밥이랑 섞어서 손님상때도 내고 유부초밥에도 추가해서 먹고했어요 양은 작지만 그래도 잘 먹었습니다

맛있어요. 약간 약과같은 달달함도 있어요. 평상시에는 하나로도 충분하지만 오늘같이 맛있는 간기있는 반찬과 먹을 땐 2개도 쑥닥이에요.
건강의 검정콩에 야생미 (purple rice) 보리 귀리 찹쌀에 가끔씩 보물찿기같이 은행, 밤, 잣도 있어요. 대추도 있어서 달달한 것 같아요.
정말로 꽉찬 밥이에요. 건강때문에 먹는다고 하지만 맛도 있어서 냉동실에 채워놓고 먹으려고 이번에 4 package 샀더니 부자가 된 느낌이에요. ㅎㅎ
여러가지가 있어서 rich 하지만 침쌀이 주 원료라 소화가 잘 되요.

저같이 소식하는 사람한테는 하나로도 충분한데 정양을 드셔야하는 분들은 2개 드셔야 할꺼애요.
냉동실에 두엇다가 해논 밥이 떨어졌거나 밥하기 힘들때 손쉽게 먹기 딱 좋아요.
몸도 약하신데 바쁘신 분께 드려보니 좋아하시네요~
