늘 고사리는 비싸서 사는 걸 망설였는데, 세트 제품에 포함되어 있어서 드디어 구매하게 되었습니다. 전자레인지에 살짝만 데워도 향긋한 고사리 향이 퍼지고, 간이 적당해 밥반찬이나 비빔밥 재료로 정말 잘 어울려요. 질기지 않고 부드러워 먹기 편하며, 따로 손질할 필요 없이 바로 데워 먹기만 하면 돼서 정말 편리했어요.

급하게 비빔밥 만들어 먹을 때 용도로 고사리 나물을 구매하곤 하는데 이번엔 육개장 끓일때 넣어봤어요!
예상대로 정말 만족스러운 맛이에요. 손질이 잘 되어 있어 따로 다듬거나 불릴 필요가 없고, 해동만 하면 바로 조리할 수 있어 편리했어요.
특히 육개장에 넣어봤을때, 고사리 특유의 아삭한 식감이 그대로 살아있어 국물 맛을 풍부하게 해주더라고요. 국산인 점 도 마음에 들도 들깨맛도 나서 고소하고, 이미 간이 딱 좋게 살짝 되어 있어 별도의 양념을 많이 하지 않아도 감칠맛이 나고, 깊은 국물 맛과 잘 어울려 훨씬 맛있게 즐길 수 있네요. 바쁜 날에도 간편하면서도 전통적인 맛을 느낄 수 있어서 나물 먹고싶을 때 너무 좋은 제품..! 고사리나물은 자주 재구매 하게 되는 나물 중 하나에요. 나물이 통통해서 식감 너무 좋아요!
