늘 믿고 구입하는 울타리의 소고기들 중에서, 맛이 가장 좋아서 가족들이 원탑으로 꼽는 늑간살.
두툼하고 튼실한 적당한 기름기의 양념육이라 추가 양념이나 손질이 필요없고 떼어낼 기름이나 근막들 없어서 좋아요^^*
냉장실에 뒀다가 살얼음 상태에서 개봉하니, 먹기 좋게 썰어서 굽기도 수월했구요. 만족도가 꽤 높아서, 늘 재구매 의향 있습니다. 뭘 조금 더하기보다는, 여기에서 더 이상 뺄 것이 없는 상태가 best라고 보는데, 오늘 먹은 "양념 늑간살"이 딱 그렇네요

정육 원물 자체가 냄새없이 깨끗한 상태에서 양념을 했나봅니다. 신선도가 월등하니까 단순한 양념인 듯한데도, 누린내 하나 없이, 쫄깃쫄깃 씹는 맛 좋은 그런 식감과 고소함이 꽤 괜찮았어요!! 냉동실에 쟁여두면 든든한 늑간살!!! 👍

간이 조금 짠것 말고는 고기도 부드럽고 맛있어요~~!! 재구매 할 예정입니다 ^^ 담에는 양념을 조금 덜구 구우면 될거같아요 ㅎㅎ
