    1. To request an exchange or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product via email(help@wooltariusa.com) with a photo of the item(s). or by the phone(310-933-8448).
    2. Please note that exchange or refund requests made on review boards or other platforms are not accepted.
    3. Room temp. items:
      1. A 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges apply for returns due to a change of mind, and refunds are not available for non-defective Room temp. items.
    4. Cold temp. items: 
      1. Returns are not allowed due to a change of mind, and refunds are not available for non-defective Cold temp. items.
    5. If your order arrives damaged or thawed, please make sure to take photos of the item immediately upon delivery. Providing these photos is required to qualify for an exchange or refund. (Without photos, we may be unable to process your request.

Package Theft

    • In the event of theft, we will issue you a refund of up to $80 in points for the first instance. However, for any subsequent thefts to the same address or account, you will be solely responsible for the products left at your delivery address. 받자마자 개별포장 뜯어서 마침 밥 새로 한게 있어서 밥통에 5~10분 넣어놨다가 먹었는데 너무 맛있어용!!! 쑥향도 나고 소도 제가 좋아하는 소고. 강추강추

마음이가의 쪄서즐기는 송편과 명인의 모시 쑥 송편 1kg,그리고 거문도 해풍쑥 시리즈 중 쑥송편 500g, 이렇게 세 가지 송편을 모둠으로 주문했고 송편들 모두 만족스럽습니다^^ 이 조합 칭찬합니다.
소가 드라이하면서도 구수하고, 진한 쑥향 그리고 한 입에 쏙 들어가는 크기까지 다 좋았습니다. 찌지않고 해동해서 바로 먹기도 편해요^^ 굳이 추석명절이 아니라도 쑥 향과 진피낸 소의 풍미가 좋아서, 종종 즐길만해요~
