How to Use

How to brew mild burdock tea

Add 20-30g of burdock root per liter of water and boil over high heat for 20-30 minutes. After boiling for 20-30 minutes over low heat, remove the burdock and drink it to enjoy the nutty taste and subtle scent of burdock tea.
