깔끔하고 손쉽게 전복 손질하기

1. 흐르는 물에 칫솔로 살과 패각을 깨끗하게 씻어주세요.
2. 살과 패각 사이에 숟가락을 깊게 밀어 넣어 분리합니다.
3. 숟가락으로 전복의 내장을 제거해주세요.
4. 살의 끝에 달린 전복의 이빨을 칼로 잘라 제거합니다.
