How to Enjoy
Since it is a self-contained product, you can eat it immediately after thawing. The taste is excellent if you make it with golbaengi or noodles. Thaw naturally at room temperature, and do not refreeze after thawing as it is a frozen product.

In 2007, the product became the recipient of the Minister of Oceans and Fisheries Export Achievement Award from The First National Excellent Seafood Special Exhibition in Korea. Also in the same year, it earned the HACCP Certification and the Country of Origin Certified Exporter System Certification.
