중서부지역에 강추위가 계속되는 가운데 보양식으로 구매한 남원 추어탕으로 건강도 챙기고 마음까지 따뜻해지네요
추운 날씨에 뜨끈한 추어탕 한그릇이 딱입니다
적당히 갈아 넣은 활미꾸라지에 된장과 시래기가 적당히 들어 있는데다 은근히 톡쏘는 매콤한 맛이 비린맛을 잡아 담백하고 고소함까지 더한 맛입니다
이번에는 아무것도 추가하지 않았는데도 제대로 추어탕 맛을 느낄 수 있네요
울타리 덕분에 한국에서 자주 먹던 추어탕을 이렇게 간편하게 구매하여 언제든지 먹을 수 있으니 좋아요

엥? 미꾸라지!? 왠지 징그러워 시도조차 안 해 봤던 추어탕이었는데...유학시절 방학때 한국에 가니 엄마가 몸이 안 좋으신데 추어탕이 잡숫고싶다고 해서 모시고 간 후 "아니, 이렇게 맛 있다니!" 했었던 기억에 추어탕 주문해봤습니다.

한 봉지로 두 명이 반찬과 함께 국으로 먹기 좋은 양이고 식당처럼 추어탕 한 그릇 하자~하면 일인용으로 알맞은 양입니다. 시래기도 들어서 걸쭉하고 짜지않아 좋았어요. 들깨가루와 산초가 없어 조금 아쉬웠지만 울타리에서 주문해서 송송 썰어 얼려놓았던 부추 넣고 맛나게 먹었습니다. 😋
홈페이지에는 냉장보관이라 적혀있는데 냉동되어 와서 냉동고에 넣어놨는데 세일할때 사서 냉동고에 넣어두면 앞으로 올 겨울에 유용할 비상식이 될거같네요!!
