How to Cook
① Open the pack and submerge the wild greens in clean water to thaw, then squeeze out the excess moisture thoroughly.
② Before heating the pan, add the thawed greens, the included seasoning sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 120ml of water, and mix everything together evenly.
③ Turn the heat to high and stir-fry until the moisture has almost completely evaporated to complete your delicious stir-fried Gondre side dish.
Tip. Toss in some toasted sesame seeds, chopped green onions, minced garlic, or chili peppers during the stir-fry step to enjoy an even richer, multi-layered flavor profile.
