대패삼겹살 먹어보고 구매합니다.

새로 들어온 목살 보자마자 두개오더..
먹어보진 않아서 맛은 리뷰하지 않겠지만, 양이 생각보다 많아요. 알던 그맛이였으면 좋겠어요.

제육볶음용으로 딱이예요. 미국마트는 두꺼운 고기뿐이라 울타리에서 주문하고 있어요

슬라이스 목살을 하나씩 구우려니 시간이 걸려서 한꺼번에 넣고 파,후추, 소금으로 간해서 상추에 고추와 쌈장으로 한입하니 부러울것 없네요. 간편하게 한끼 해결 하니 좋아요.

맛있게 먹었어요! 삼겹살보다는 덜 부드러운데 고기가 살짝 언 상태에서 칼등으로 살짝 다져주고 볶으면 부드러워요! 얇아서 제육볶음이나 돼지불백 만들때 좋아요!

꽁꽁 냉동된 상태로 잘 배송되었고, 표면을 보니 돼지 목살에서 기대하는 고기와 기름의 비율이 딱 적당해서 기분이 좋더라구요. 제육볶음을 해 먹으려고 샀는데, 해동시키면서 혹여나 냄새가 날까 싶어서 볶기전에 고기에 미림, 마늘, 설탕 아주 약간, 그리고 후추도 약간씩 넣어 조금 두었다가 조리 했어요. 사실 포장을 열어보니 아무 냄새도 나지 않고 신선하더라구요.
생각보다 더 얇게 슬라이스되어 있는데, 잘 익어서 오히려 요리하기에 더 편하다고 생각해요. 어차피 제육볶음은 좀 부들부들한 느낌으로 먹는걸 선호하니까요.😆 먹다보니 조금 더 많이 살껄…하는 후회가!! 이담에 주문할 때 세일하면 쟁여둘 생각입니다!
