요즘같은 날씨에 딱입니다.
뭔가 몸이 안좋고 감기 기운이 있는거 같을때 추어탕 뜨겁게 한그릇 먹고나면 왠지 컨디션이 좋아지는 느낌이예요. 미꾸라지를 갈아서 만들었기 때문에 소화나 흡수가 잘되고 부담없이 먹을수 있는 보양식인거 같아요.
국물이 묵직하고 맛이 깊어요. 야채 건더기도 실하게 들어있고요.
추어탕 한봉지에 냉동실에 있던 삶은 시래기와 파를 조금 추가하고 봉지 헹굼물 조금 넣어서 끓여주면 간도 딱 적당하고 맛있는 추어탕 2인분이 뚝딱 완성됩니다.
남편에겐 산초가루와 다진 땡초를 올려주니 어제 한잔한 사람처럼 감탄사를 연발하며 먹습니다.
상온보관이 가능하니 냉동실 자리걱정 안해도 되고 소비기한까지 넉넉하니까 팬트리에 쟁여놔도 마음 든든합니다
남편이 좋아해서 주문했는데 맛이 좋네요. 간단하게 한끼 먹기 좋아요.
