Return/Exchange Procedure

1. Confirm return deadlines
The exchange and returns will be available within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2. Prepare return/exchange
Please prepare your order number, e-mail address, and product photo. (Note that product pictures are only required for exchange requests.)

3. Request return/exchange
Please apply for a return/exchange with your preferred method

Return/Exchange Cost

A) Seller's fault (mistake in shipping, flaws in products etc.): Free return/exchange
B) Consumer's Fault (change of mind): 30 % of the product price (Restock cost) + Shipping Fee

Cases when return/exchange is unavailable

1. Where 7 days after the product is received
2. Where a component is lost/damaged/contaminated by
3. Where it is impossible to resell the product by harming the packaging or removing the product's tag.
4. In-gyeon products that has no flaws.

Package Theft

 

  • In the event of theft, we will issue you a refund of up to $80 in points for the first instance. However, for any subsequent thefts to the same address or account, you will be solely responsible for the products left at your delivery address. Wooltari will not offer refunds for any subsequent theft claims.

Additional Notice

  • If you request a refund or exchange on a bulletin board for other purposes, such as a review board, the return/exchange may be restricted.
  • The difference in monitor resolution may cause difference in the color or image. Exchange or return due to these reasons may be limited.
