Return/Exchange Procedure

1. Confirm return deadlines
The exchange and returns will be available within 7 days of receipt of the product.

2. Prepare return/exchange
Please prepare your order number, e-mail address, and product photo. (Note that product pictures are only required for exchange requests.)

3. Request return/exchange

Return/Exchange Cost

A) Seller's fault (mistake in shipping, flaws in products etc.): Free return/exchange
B) Consumer's Fault (change of mind): 30 % of the product price (Restock cost) + Shipping Fee

Cases when return/exchange is unavailable

1. Where 7 days after the product is received
2. Where a component is lost/damaged/contaminated by
3. Where it is impossible to resell the product by harming the packaging or removing the product's tag.
4. In-gyeon products that has no flaws.

Additional Notice

-If you request a refund or exchange on a bulletin board for other purposes, such as a review board, the return/exchange may be restricted.
-The difference in monitor resolution may cause difference in the color or image. Exchange or return due to these reasons may be limited.
