Unlike regular kalguksu, which uses beef bone and anchovy broth, Jeonju kalguksu's broth is flavored with soy sauce, giving it a clean after taste.
1. Add flavored soy sauce to 700ml of water and boil.
2. Add the noodles and boil for 4-5 minutes in medium heat.
3. Place it in a bowl and add toppings.

어렷을때 먹어봤던 전주 베테랑 칼국수 그 맛 그대로여서 정말 만족스럽게 먹었어요! 안에 포장도 너무 잘되어있고, 고춧가루, 김가루, 들깨가루까지 다 들어 있어서 진짜 편하게 잘먹었네용!

걸쭉한 텍스쳐의 국물을 별로 선호하지 않는데도 불구하고 이 칼국수는 국물이 정말 맛있더라고요! 칼칼하고 시원하고 간도 간간한거같으면서 너무 짜지않는 딱 너무 맛있는..^^ 다른 건더기가 첨가되지않고 면과 국물의 맛으로 충분히 만족스러울만큼 정말 맛있게 잘먹었습니다 달걀하나 풀어주었고 고춧가루와 들깨가루 국산이라 너무 좋아요!! 면발도 맛있고 만족만족!! 남편이 정말 좋아하더라고요!! 재구매하고싶어요!!
