Yoon Ji-young's products are made with know-how, handed down for three generations. It is produced carefully by boiling and fermenting boiled beans in an ocher room with a clean fermentation environment.

미국에 와서 마트에 파는거는 믿음이 안가 안사먹다가 이 청국장은 리뷰보고 믿음이 가서 2개 사봤어요.
한개가지고도 전 큰 냄비 하나 끓일수 있었네요.
김치, 갈비살고기 넣고 끓이니 너무 맛있고요. 청국장 알이 씹히면서 좋네요. 남편이 넘
맛있게 먹으면서 밥 도둑이라고 하네요.
2개만 산걸 후회하는 중이예요. 담에 또 사서 진하게 끓여 비빔밥처럼 비벼 먹을라고요.
냄새는 안난다는 리뷰를 좠는데 나긴해요. 그래도 역하거나 하진 않고요. 창문 좀 열어놓우면 될거 같네요.
냄새에 민감한 아이들이 아무말 안하니 괜찮은거 같아요.
청국장 좋아하는분들께는 강추합니다.
냄새가 많이 나지 않으면서도 구수하고 맛있어요. 두부, 버섯 등 각종 야채들 넉넉히게 넣고 한소끔 끓이면 맛있는 청국장이 완성! 밥 한 그릇 뚝딱입니다. :)
