Storage Instructions
- Upon receiving, transfer the product to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight, or keep refrigerated for best results.
- During hot weather or for long-term storage, we highly recommend refrigeration or freezing.
Cooking Instructions
① Glutinous millet grains are very small. To prevent them from spilling, use a fine mesh strainer and rinse lightly 2–3 times.
② For beginners, we recommend a 3:7 ratio of glutinous millet to white rice. Set the water ratio at 1:1 and soak for at least 30 minutes.
③ Use the "Mixed Grain" setting on your electric rice cooker for perfectly sticky and savory rice.
Tip While the grains are small, they are quite firm. Make sure to soak them for at least 30 minutes before cooking for the best texture.
