- During hot weather or for long-term storage, we highly recommend refrigeration or freezing.

Ways to Enjoy

Try adding a handful of small black soybeans to your rinsed rice. For beginners, we recommend a 3:7 ratio of small black soybeans to white rice.

Blend thoroughly boiled small black soybeans and mix with milk. It makes for a hearty, savory, and nutritious drink for busy mornings.

Blend boiled small black soybeans with water and serve with noodles. You can enjoy rich, creamy cold soy milk noodles right at home.

Tip When using small black soybeans, soak them in twice the amount of water for at least 6 hours before cooking. Since raw beans can be hard to digest, we recommend cooking them thoroughly.
