Cooking Instructions

  • Pan-Fry: Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a skillet. Place the tteokgalbi in the pan and cook over medium heat, flipping occasionally to prevent burning, for about 8–10 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
    Make sure it is fully cooked through before serving.

신규라 오더해 봤는데 역시 울타리네요
조금 더 커 진 사이즈로 일 인당 한 개씩 한 박 스테이크로 사용해도 되고 그냥 떡갈비로 먹어도 되고
바삭하게 구운 다음에 잘라서 상추쌈 해 먹어도 맛있어요. 남녀노소 거부감 없이 먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋네요. 옳타에서 늘사 먹던 떡갈비와 또 다른 맛 크기. 늘 새로움을 주셔서 감사합니다. ㅎㅎ
연말 모임에 손님상으로 내 놓으려구요

갑자기 냉장냉동고에 한식이 많이 생겨서 부자가 된 기분이네요.~~ 항상 깨끗하게 포장 해 주시고 너무 감사해요.
따로 음식물 냄새도 없고, 특히 울타리 몰에서는 단 한번도 주문 후에 재고 아웃으로 캔슬되거나 하지 않아서 더욱 구매 만족 합니다.

아직 먹지는 않았고 처음 구매 해봐요.
엄청 사이즈 커요!! 우와~~~~ 기대 됩니다.
