울타리의 돼지 통삼겹이 USDE Certified를 받았으니, 그 부속들도 품질이 좋을 것 같습니다. 늘 믿고 애용하고 있습니다.~ 돼지 냄새 없이, 쫄깃한 식감이 좋았고 이번 패키지는 특히 간이 퍼석하지 않아서 만족스러워요 ^^ 떡볶기, 순대와 함께 맛있게 먹었습니다.

부속고기모듬 으로 순댓국 만들었는데 순대조금 들깨가루 듬뿍 새우젓다대기 양념 같이 곁들이니 정말 맛있어요! 물에 살짝 데쳐서 떡볶이먹을때 같이먹어도 맛있어요! 잡내없이 쫄깃하고 담백합니다. 저는 염통부위가 젤 맛있더라고요ㅎㅎ

사골육수, 순대, 부추, 파 추가해서 순댓국 해먹었습니다. 미국에서 순댓국 한그릇에 $19 + 텍스 + 팁. 서민음식이라 하기엔 너무 가격이 사악하죠.
근데 울타리에서 부속 모듬을 구매하니 진짜 순댓국을 집에서 해먹게 되네요~누린내도 별로 안 나고 좋은 퀄리티의 부속인게 느껴졌어요.
