Microwave : Put the cover in a microwave container and cover the cover, and then cook 4 minutes 30 seconds (700W), 3 minutes 30 seconds (1000W).

A pot: Open it, pour it into a pot , and boil it for about 2-3 minutes.

Boiling water : Put the product in boiling water and boil it for 3-4 minutes.
