매콤 달달하고 꾸덕꾸덕 진한 양념 맛과 황태의 쫄깃쫄깃 씹히는 그 식감이 좋군요. 씹으면 씹을수록 감칠맛과 황태의 구수한 맛이 한층 더 더해지구요. 밑반찬으로 손색이 없어요. 늦더위에 살짝 입맛이 떨어지는 날은 칼칼하고 시원한 육수에 황태채 무침을 얹어서 후루룩 먹으니, 명태회냉면 먹는 거 같았어요. 잔가시 없고 實한 황태 무침, 재구매 의향 있어요.
