The clear Golden Josen Mac Soy Sauce is separated from mac soybean paste, and goes through an additional round of the natural maturation process. The sauce adds depth to Korean vegetable side dishes and soups. From researchers of the Korea Food Research Institute and the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, the Gyeongsangbuk-do agricultural product has been certified as a traditional product of Korea.

Korea's 45th Cuisine Artisan, Seong Myeong Lye, produces the fermented soybean paste with her expertise reflecting the best timing, temperature, and humidity, minimizing the pungent smell of fermented soybean and maximizing the umami flavor. Using raw ingredients grown surrounded by fresh water and clean air at the foot of Mt. Juwang in Gyeongsangbuk-do, traditional fermentation techniques are applied for 12 months of aging to produce the best products.

맥꿈룸 황금빛 조선맥간장 주문해봤어요^^
좋은재료와 숙성기간이 긴편이라 그런지 깊은맛이 배가되고
감칠맛이 좋은 조선간장이네요^^ 국에 사용했을때 정말 맛있고,
이번에 장조림 만들때
진간장+육수+그리고 맥꾸룸 조선맥간장을 믹스시켰는데
적당양을 비율에맞게 사용해주니 짜지않으면서
음식의 고급진 감칠맛이 훨씬 좋아지네요^^
