개별포장으로 25개 들어있고 맛도 좋은데 인공첨가물 없고 넘 사용이 편하니 아들과 딸에게도 보내줘야겠어요!!
삶은 무청 시래기의 상품정보에 나온대로 시래기밥을 지어보았어요. 강된장과 함께 먹는 걸 추천한다고 적혀있는데 저는 적은 양의 물에 "해통령 칼칼한맛 육수한알" 넣고 두부, 양파, 파, 마늘만 넣고 국물이 자박자박한 된장찌개를 만들었어요. 시래기밥에 된장찌개 비벼 먹으니 아~주 맛 나더군요. 멸치, 다시마등으로 국물 내려면 시간도 걸리고 번거로운 데 이 육수 한 일은 다른 간 할 필요없고 국물맛도 좋습니다. 한 봉지에 25개가 들어 있고 개별포장이라 보관도 용이합니다. 다용도로 쓸모있을 거 같아요!👍

아주 깨끗하게 잘 삶아진 무청 시래기로 물기를 꼬~옥 짜니 조금 큰 귤 하나만한 크기더군요. 너무 적다 싶었지만 듬성듬성 잘라 쌀 두 컵과 밥을 지으니 딱 알맞은 양이더군요! 뚝배기 하나에 끓이는 찌개용으로도 알맞은 양일 거 같아요. 전혀 질기지 않고 아주 부드러운 삶은 무청시래기에요.
무청 시래기밥과 육수한알로 만든 찌개, 왠지 군침돌지 않으시나요? ㅎㅎ

일반 육수제품은 많으나 고추성분이 들어가 더 편리해요. 청양고추를 늘 쟁여두는것이 아니니, 깔깔한 맛을 내고 싶을때는 정말 좋아요. 막 사용하면 다시구매합니다.
