Frozen pollack, pollack roe, and goni are neatly packed in a plastic tray.
It is cut into big pieces to be easy to eat, and you can the goni in the last step and boil it for less than 5 minutes.
It has a lot of top quality goni, so it doesn't ger scattered even after boiling for a long time, so the texture and density are excellent.
If you add spring onion or radish and boil it with liquid soup, you will get a great frozen pollack soup as good as any seafood stew restaurant menu.

한국에선 너무 싼 동태지만 여기선 구하기가 힘들어서 이렇게나마 시원한 동태탕 먹을 수 있는것만도 감사합니다!
기대안했는데 너무 맛나요!! 내용물도 푸짐
야채는 전혀 안들어있어요. 안의 호박과 양파는 제가 넣은거에요.
$29.95라서 좀 비싼감이 있는데, 안에 동태 조각 외에 알, 고니가 양이 깜짝 놀랄만큼 들어있더군요. 양념팩도 한개 들어있어요. 사진은 빨리 식으라고 접시2개에 덜어놓은거고, 냄비에 좀더 남아있어서 2명이 먹기 충분해요. 뚱땡이족인 제가 시원하고 담백한 맛을 싫어하기 때문에 동태는 정말 싫어하는 생선인데 알과 고니 맛으로 먹었어요. 알과 고니는 참 맛있었어요.
동태는 좀 작다싶은 크기의 한마리가 4조각으로 잘라져서 들가 있어요. 동태 좋아하시는 분들께 강추 입니다. 동태말고 다름 생선을 넣었으면 정말 자주 먹을텐데 동태는 역시 맛이 없어요. ㅠㅠ

생선탕 먹고 싶을 때 최고.
언젠가 아는 친구가 끓여준 생선 매운탕이 날씨가 쌀쌀해지면 늘 생각나는데 생선 매운탕 대신에 동태알탕을 선택했습니다. 이 동태알탕은 생각보다 알이나 고니가 많이 들어 있어서 한번 끓여 놓으면 며칠 먹을 수 있을 정도입니다. 다른 식구들은 알탕을 먹으려고 하지 않아서 혼자 있을때 몰래(?} 끓여서 먹곤 하는데 우리집 텃밭에 나기 시작한 쑥갓, 파, 브로콜리, 케일 심지어 쑥 조금 까지 잔뜩 집어넣고 물을 좀 더해서 ...고추가루도 좀 더 뿌리고...폭폭 끓여서 먹으면 꿀맛입니다. 어떤이들은 생선 눈이 무서워서 생선을 못먹는다 하고 어떤이들은 알은 웬지 먹고 싶지 않다고 하고 아뭏든 이런저런 이유들로 음식에 대한 호불호가 갈리는데 나에게는 이 알탕이 가장 좋아하는 음식중의 하나입니다. 미국땅에서 이런 호사를 자주 누리지 못하는게 아쉽지만 ..
