The rockfish sashimi is sliced slightly thicker for a satisfying bite. For easy defrosting, simply submerge the vacuum-sealed sashimi in cold water. When ready to serve, cut along the side of the packaging with scissors, wear the included gloves, and carefully remove the fillets.

아~~기다리고 기다리던 우럭과 광어회가 도착했습니다 어제 배송시작 메일받고 도착시간 맞춰 손님도 초대하고~~와 ㄷㄷㄷ박스 오픈~~전혀 녹지 않아 살짝 당황~~^^ 식탁세팅할 동안 포장된채로 물에 살짝 담가두니 먹기 딱 좋아요
고급스런 물고기 용기에 초고추장과 간장과 와사비까지 모두 들어 있어 상추만 추가해도 푸짐하네요
