① Rinse lightly with purified water for the first wash and discard immediately. Then, rinse gently 2–3 more times.
② For beginners, we recommend a 2:8 ratio of black glutinous brown rice to white rice. If soaking the rice, use the same water for cooking.
③ Use the "Brown Rice/Mixed Grain" setting on your electric rice cooker for perfectly chewy and savory rice.
