② For beginners, we recommend a 3:7 ratio of GABA glutinous brown rice to white rice. Set the water ratio generously at 1:1.2.
③ Use the "Brown Rice/Mixed Grain" setting on your electric rice cooker for perfectly chewy and savory rice.
