Manufacturing Process

Natural environment with sincerity

It is dried by the gentle breeze of the West Sea, which is a special natural environment unique to Beopseongpo, which has excellent drying conditions. After that, it is aged for 1 to 2 years, salted with 100% Korean sun-dried salt and dried in the sea breeze. 꾸준히 주문해서 먹는 굴비인데 너무 맛있네요~

오랜만에 한국에서 먹던 굴비를 울타리 몰을 통해 맛볼 수 있었습니다.
맛은 훌륭하지만 5개중 1개의 뜯지 않은 포장속에 죽어있는 파리를 발견했습니다.
잘 씻고 잘 익혀먹으면 큰 일이 없을 것은 알지만 그래도 찝찝한 마음이 없지는 않네요.

제가 좋아하는 조기인데 세일을 하길래 두 셋트를 오더했죠. 제 경험상 울타리 생선들 대개 맛이 좋아요. 질이 좋다고 생각해요. 이 법성포 조기도 크기는 작지만 그래서 좋아해요. 단 한가지 배송이 늘 염려됩니다. 다른 분들은 생선이나 육류가 거의 다 녹아오는 일이 없던가 궁금해요.
