Storage Instructions
To maintain the fresh aroma and chewiness of the rice cake, please store it in the freezer at -18°C or below immediately upon receipt.
Thawing Instructions
- Natural Thawing
Take the rice cake out of the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours before eating. This will restore the original chewiness crafted by the master. - Microwave
Lightly sprinkle with water and heat for a short period of about 30 seconds. Overheating may cause the rice cake to become too soft or harden quickly.
