Since this paste is made with fiery Cheongyang chili powder, it may be quite spicy for some. We recommend starting with half the usual amount (think Shin Ramyun-level heat), tasting, and then adjusting to your preference.
Perfect for adding a spicy kick to dishes like pork bone soup, dried radish green soup, kongnamul hangover soup, or spicy fish roe stew. Just a spoonful brings out a deeper, spicier flavor in every bite.
