100% 국내산 농산물만 사용하고 화학조미료, 설탕, 액상과당 등의 첨가제가 전혀 들어가지 않았습니다.
저온에서 잘 숙성시킨 액젓만을 사용했고, 배추 또한 모종 단계부터 철저한 재배 이력제를 통해 선별하였죠.
처음에는 다소 심심하게 느껴질 수 있으나 점차 숙성될수록 그 익어가는 맛을 탐닉할 수 있는 매력적인 김치입니다.

국내산 찹쌀풀에 노가리육수로 맛을 낸
자연스러운 맛, 집에서 담근 김치맛!
잎이 꺾이거나 푸른 이파리 많은 배추는 아예 쓰지 않고, 풀을 쑬 때도 무조건 국산 찹쌀만 고집했습니다. 배추 한 포기를 그냥 넘기지 않고 모든 배추에 양념이 고루 발리도록 했죠.
천연 노가리육수(노가리, 황태, 대파, 양파, 무, 다시마)를 이용하여 천연 양념을 만들고, 무즙과 양파즙을 갈아 넣어 시원한 맛을 내었습니다.
