홍영의 붉은대게 백간장 500ml

고체 처음육수를 맛있게 먹어서 백간장도 사봤는데 감칠맛 좋고 두루두루 활용하기 편하네요. 전 음식 색이 바뀌는 거에 많이 예민하지 않은 편이긴 한데, 예민한 분들한텐 이 백간장 너무 좋을 거 같아요!!! 볶음밥할 때도 써봐야겠음댜!

이거 요물이에요
온갖 액체류 액젓류 다 사용하는데...이건 또 다른 맛을 주네요. 참지액젓 향이 싫으시거나 멸치액젓 특유비린맛이 싫으시다면 요거사용해보세요. 비지찌개 만들면서 마지막 간을 이제품 사용했더니 담백하니 좋네요.

이 백간장은 감칠맛의 끝판왕이에요. 거의 모든 요리에 활용 가능하고, 조금만 넣어도 음식 맛이 확 달라집니다. 국물 요리에 살짝 넣어도 맛이 풍부해져요. 꼭 쟁여두세요!
