한 사람 먹기에 딱 알맞은 크기로 전혀 짜지 않아요.

에프에 구웠다는 후기를 보고 평소에 밖에서 사용하던 생선전용 그릴대신 에프를 사용해봤어요. 스토브에서 굽는것보다는 뒷처리가 용이하지만 냄새는 어쩔 수 없네요.
냉동된 상태로 두 개를 에프에 넣고 385도에서 12분 굽고 겉이 조금 바삭하라고 400도에서 7분 더 구웠어요. 중간중간에 열어보니 기름이 자글자글하던데 저는 오래 구워서그런지 조금 드라이한듯한 느낌이었네요. 그래도 맛은 👍
생선 좋아하는 미국인 남편이 " This is pretty good, not too salty. From Wooltari?" 제 입맛에는 조금 슴슴한듯 하지만 다른 반찬과 함께 먹으니 괜찮았네요. 울타리에서 함께 주문한 추어탕과 낙지젓을 곁들인 한국식 아침 밥상으로 든든한 하루를 시작했네요!!
