We have faithfully captured the signature dish from Jeonju's legendary noodle destination, Veteran. Unlike heavy bone or anchovy stocks, this soup features a clean, clear soy-sauce-infused broth that pairs beautifully with unique round noodles pressed and kneaded more than six times for an exceptionally dense, chewy, and bouncy texture. Topping it off with the enclosed perilla seed powder, seaweed strips, and red chili flakes unlocks a remarkably nutty, subtly spicy, and deeply layered savory umami flavor profile.

Cooking Instructions
① Pour 700ml of water and the savory soy sauce base into a pot and bring to a boil.
② Once the broth is boiling, add the noodles and cook for 4 minutes and 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
③ Just before it boils over, adjust the heat to medium and transfer the contents immediately into a serving bowl.
④ Garnish with the perilla seed powder, red chili flakes, and seaweed strips according to your personal preference.
[Saongwon] Premium Seafood Pancake 180g
This premium Pajeon (scallion pancake) is generously loaded with a colorful assortment of fresh ingredients, including plump squid, tender shrimp, crisp green scallions, sweet carrots, and vibrant red chilis. Utilizing a meticulous double-cooked method—first grilled on an iron griddle and then flash-fried—it retains a phenomenal, long-lasting crunch that stays crispy down to the very last bite. It whips up effortlessly in just about 10 minutes using an air fryer or oven.

Place the frozen pancake directly into an air fryer preheated to 180°C (350°F) and cook for approximately 10–12 minutes.
◼︎ Oven
Place the frozen pancake into an oven preheated to 180°C–200°C (350°F–400°F) and bake for approximately 10–12 minutes.
◼︎ Frying Pan
Lightly coat a pan with cooking oil, place the frozen pancake inside, and cook over medium-low heat for about 4–5 minutes until golden brown.
