A nutritious rice made with only best ingredients and can be prepared easily at home. Fresh abalone slice, glutinous rice, black rice, oats, jujubes, pine nuts, shiitake mushroom, and chestnuts were mixed in and seasoned with sesame oil.

다른 분들이 말씀하신 그대로 너무 맛있고 너무 양이 적고 너무 비싸요ㅠㅠ 멸치나 톳 같은 작은 재료들은 풍부하게 들어가서 간이 적절하고 맛있습니다 저는 깨랑 말린허브 같은거 뿌려서 먹었는데 그럼 더 맛있어요

짭조름한 멸치향이 솔솔 풍기는 바다밥이네요.
양이 반공기정도 되는것같아요.
개인적으로 영양밥에 한표. 남편은 바다밥에한표.
결론은 둘다 맛잇다. 그치만 양이 너무적다.
