배송이 더디고 유산균이 냉장상태로 오지 않았는데,
다른분 리뷰보니 울타리측에서 괜찮다고 하였다는데 고객 입장에선 신선도가 의심스러울수밖에 없고 아쉽네요

이번 상품에 대한 소중한 리뷰 감사합니다.
업체측과 확인하여 다음과 같은 답변을 받았습니다.
'해당 제품은 동결 건조 과정을 거친 유산균 건강기능식품으로, 실온에서 3~4일 보관해도 품질에는 문제가 없습니다. 그러나 신선한 상태로 제품을 전달드리기 위해 냉장 배송을 진행하고 있으며, 국내 배송 시에도 제주 및 도서 산간 지역까지 동일한 포장 방식으로 배송하고 있습니다.'
제품을 수령하신 후에는 냉장 보관하면서 섭취해 주시면 됩니다. 드라이아이스 또는 아이스팩이 녹았더라도 품질에는 영향을 미치지 않으니 안심하시고 드셔도 됩니다.

우선 배송에 문제가 있었습니다. 배송 시작하고. 배송이 진행돼지 않고 한국 DHL 에 거의 2일정도 홀드돼어 있어서 울타리에 문의 했구요. 예정돼로 배송 진행이 잘 돼었고 예정됀 날짜에 받을거라고 답 받았지만. 역시 걱정했던데로 배송 지연이 생겼고. 예정 날짜에 받지 못했습니다. 냉장보관 상품인데 배송시작 4일째에 도착했어요.
받아보니. 흰 스티로폼 박스안에 다 날라가서 없어진 비어있는 드라이 아이스 두봉과. 더운 날씨인데. 아이스팩 한개도 없이. 유산균 박스가 따뜻한 상태로 도착 했습니다. 울타리에 문의하니 “비에날씬은 냉장보관을 추천드리는 제품이지만 상온에서 약2주간까지도 유산균의 기능이 활성화되는 상품이므로 받으셨을 때 냉장상태가 아니더라도 복용에는 전혀 지장이 없음을 한국업체에서 알려 주셨습니다.” 라고 답을 받았습니다.
유산균은 온도에 민감하다 들었는데. 제품 박스가 따뜻해진 상태로 도착해서 유산균이 다 죽었을까바 좀 찝찝했지만 상온에서 2주까지 유산균이 살아있다 하니… 제품의 효과가 있기를 바랍니다.
울타리 해당 제품 설명에 냉장포장 직배송이라고 표기 돼어있는데요. 부실한 배송진행 관리와 배송포장에 실망 하였습니다.
