Cooking Instructions
① Put 375ml of water (3 paper cups) and the enclosed sauce in a pot and mix well.
② Cut the fish cakes into bite-sized pieces and add them to the pot to boil.
③ When the sauce starts to boil, add the frozen Ongmyeon-tteok. Note: If you stir too vigorously before the rice cakes are cooked, they may break, so stir gently until they soften.
④ Cook on high heat for 2 to 2.5 minutes, then reduce to medium heat and boil for another minute. When the sauce has sufficiently soaked into the grooves of the rice cakes, your mouth-watering chewy Tteokbokki is ready.
