Cooking Instructions

Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for about 4 minutes and 50 seconds. After boiling, rinse thoroughly in cold water and drain. Pair with the included tsuyu sauce and radish flakes for a perfect bowl of Buckwheat Soba.
Tip. Depending on your preference, add water (200 to 250ml) and ice to enjoy a refreshing chill until the very last bite.
