The secret lies in direct flame grilling.

Blue flames reach temperatures of 1,400–1,650°C! In the final stage of cooking, the fish is grilled directly over the flame to enhance flavor and umami while eliminating any fishy odor. Pulmuone’s unique marinating method seasons the fish all the way through, so you can enjoy it without any additional salt.

Package Theft
