Shipping Damage: Please inspect the outer packaging and product condition immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged during shipping, contact customer support with photos within 48 hours of delivery so the issue can be addressed.

Voltage & Power Requirements: The refrigerator is designed for North American use and operates at 115V / 60Hz. It can be plugged directly into a standard U.S. household outlet.

Product Dimensions & Capacity: The refrigerator has a total capacity of 53L (1.9 cu. ft.). Its exterior dimensions are 22 × 16 × 26 inches, and its interior dimensions are 18.5 × 14 × 16 inches. It weighs approximately 49 lb and features caster wheels for easier movement.

Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

Returns for Change of Mind: Due to the product's large size and high shipping costs, returns for change of mind are not accepted.

Defective or Incorrect Items: Products damaged during shipping (reported within 48 hours of delivery), incorrectly shipped items, and products with initial defects (reported within 7 days of delivery) are eligible for an exchange or refund. Issues that occur after the initial defect reporting period will be handled through the manufacturer's warranty service.

Product Warranty: The product comes with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. Covered product defects are eligible for repairs at no charge for parts and labor. Shipping costs to the service center are not covered under the warranty and may vary depending on the product's weight and shipping distance. Please confirm shipping costs with the service team before sending the product.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, negligence, natural disasters, customer misuse, unauthorized disassembly, or repairs performed by unauthorized service providers. Repairs resulting from customer negligence or misuse will incur repair and shipping fees. Warranty terms may vary by state.

Order Cancellation & Address Changes: Orders may be canceled and shipping addresses may be changed before shipment. Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer permitted, and the return policy will apply.

Warranty Service: For warranty claims, please have your proof of purchase (order number) and the serial number located inside the refrigerator ready.
