Introducing a spicy wheat flour tteokbokki from the famous Hongdae street! Made with a special spicy sauce, chewy wheat flour cake and tasty squid fishcake that will make you want to eat more!
Cooking Directions:
1.Thaw the fish cakes in a bag under running water for 10 minutes, then slice them thinly.
2. Pour 250mL of water into the pot and dissolve the sauce well.
3. Once the sauce has dissolved, add the rice cake and sliced fish cake and boil over high heat.
4. Reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 3-4 minutes so that the sauce is well absorbed into the rice cake. Stir occasionally to prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
